　　别看这个句子短，非常重要的考点有两个;

　　第*是where的用法：where这里引导的是一个定语从句，就是一个连词，翻译为中文的时候不用翻译。

　　第二是双重否定：not 和 not;

　　翻译的时候可以直接处理为肯定;

　　所以这个句子就可以翻译为：

　　在我记忆中，我每次挖人时，董事会都会让我首先去找在职的CEO。
